We had a great day of learning today. We started our second news article in our non-fiction unit using Achieve3000 curriculum. We read an article about scientists who are creating a Martian simulator to learn to how to grow potatoes on Mars.
In Math, we’re still focusing adding mixed numbers and improper fractions. There’s a homework sheet due tomorrow.
At lunch, the teachers beat the student volleyball teams, but just barely. It was incredibly close and a great fundraiser.
In the afternoon, after French, we had buddies where we started building the shoes that we designed last week!
